Charles Fleer
Charles Fleer is the Founder, CEO and Representative of the American holding company of La Bohème Café. His activities include running the company, managing the employees, key account acquisition, international expansion and product quality control. He enjoys traveling the world in search of high quality coffees.

Zdeňka Hegarová
Zdenka is the Financial Controller at La Bohème Cafe and is often referred to as “The Matrix” for her impeccable ability to keep order in the office, communication between the masses, organization of the sales orders and support to the sales team. Her abilities rely on a minimum of 5 espressos per hour to accomplish such tasks.

Dennis Jackson
Dennis is the Production Manager and Master Roaster for LBC. His activities include green coffee procurement, QC cupping, roast profiling and development of our blends. When hes not in our facility, you can find him at origin in search of high quality coffees.

Dominik Stařičný
Dominik, our Coffee Roaster, has come to La Bohème Café after working for several years in the U.S. He loves all aspects of coffee, from roasting to cupping. On a good day he cups 30 plus coffees to ensure coffee quality and to cross check our roast profiles. His coffee of choice is cesky turek, 10 grams of coffee in 150 ml of water and served with a cupping spoon.

Kate Kodadova
Kate is the Office Manager at LBC. She is responsible for keeping order in the office, communication between the masses, organization of the sales orders and support to the sales team. Her abilities rely on a minimum of 5 espressos per day to accomplish such tasks. Not only is she an avid coffee drinker, she greatly enjoys Harney and Sons Teas.

Michaela Smejkalova
Michaela is our Customer Service Representative. She works extensively answering your calls, taking your orders and assisting you with solutions. Marek Niessner
Marek is the Distribution and Machine Support Manager at LBC. He is responsible for account management, machine maintenance and training and product distribution. When he is not actively managing your account, he is very active playing hockey, football and tennis. His coffee of choice is a ristretto made from our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe with a lemon peel twist.

Katia Doneva Kircheva
Katia is Production Support at La Bohème Cafe. She is an expert at coffee blending, packaging and labeling and is now in the training process for running our drum sample roaster. She comes to us from Bulgaria, and as most Bulgarians do, she loves coffee. Espresso, no milk, no sugar! The way we drink it in Varna, only better coffee!
