Tom Liam Clark

Immersed in the Australian espresso culture for many years, and being passionate about the world of gastronomie, Tom works with LBC in order to bring a new wave of coffee culture to the grand restaurants of Paris. With years of experience working in hotels and bars, Tom’s cocktail knowledge allows him to experiment with new tastes and avant-garde barista techniques. Tom is a certified level 2 barista through the SCAE.
